This policy explains how The Grind Academy ("we", "us") handles information when you visit this website and when you purchase our programs.

1. Information we collect on this website

This website is an informational landing page. It does not have accounts, contact forms or comment features, and we do not ask you to enter personal information on it. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers on this site.

Our hosting provider, Vercel, may automatically process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and request details in server logs to deliver the site and keep it secure.

2. Purchases and your account (Whop)

When you click a "Get started" or "Elite Coaching" button, you are taken to a checkout page operated by Whop. Whop processes your payment and account details (such as your name, email and payment information) under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not see or store your full payment card details.

After you purchase, we may receive information from Whop that we need to deliver your product, such as your name, email address and purchase details. Communication with your coach and access to the community chat take place inside Whop.

3. How we use information

• To deliver the programs, coaching and community access you purchased
• To communicate with you about your purchase and coaching
• To keep the community safe and enforce our Terms of Service
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Sharing

We share information only with service providers needed to operate the business (for example Whop for payments and delivery, and Vercel for website hosting) or where required by law.

5. Health information

If you choose to share health, body or fitness information with your coach (for example in messages or photos), you do so voluntarily. We use it only to provide coaching and do not publish it. Before-and-after photos are only displayed on this site with the clear permission of the person pictured.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the UK/EU under GDPR, or California under the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email support@thegrindprogram.co or message us through Whop after purchase. Because payments and account data are held by Whop, some requests may also need to be made to Whop directly.

7. Data retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. We use reputable providers with industry-standard security, but no online service can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

8. Children

Our programs are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you are under 18, get a parent or guardian's permission before purchasing.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
